7 firms listed for Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea and Littlehampton · details as published on their sites, September 2026.
Worthing sits between Shoreham-by-Sea to the east and Littlehampton to the west, and shares a single officer structure with the neighbouring district under the Adur & Worthing Councils partnership, which has run joint services since 2008; Littlehampton itself falls under the separate Arun District Council. University Hospitals Sussex has its headquarters at Worthing Hospital, and the town has invested in flexible office space for digital and creative firms, including the Worthing Creative & Digital Hub in the Art Deco Stoke Abbott Court building near the railway station.
Shoreham-by-Sea, in the Adur district, is home to Shoreham Airport, also branded Brighton City Airport and the country’s oldest purpose-built commercial airfield, plus riverside industrial units along the Adur. Worthing’s own housing runs from seafront Edwardian flats to inland 1930s semis, and its town centre still has a base of independent shops and offices rather than large corporate campuses.
